Celebrate Freedom. Embrace Sisterhood. Live Richly.
"I created this experience because I believe women deserve to be poured into. Not someday. Right now. In this season. As you are."
— Davania · Founder, Her Midlife MovementEvery HMM experience is designed with intention — not just to take women somewhere beautiful, but to create the kind of space where something inside them shifts. Savor the Season is no different. It's rest, reset, sisterhood, and the freedom to show up boldly — all in one place, all at the same time.
Step out of the routine that's been running you. Give yourself four days to interrupt the noise, breathe differently, and come back to who you actually are.
Everything is handled. You don't have to plan, manage, or take care of anything. Just show up — and let yourself be taken care of for once.
The kind of sisterhood that doesn't end when the trip does. Women who see you, cheer for you, and show up for you long after everyone goes home.
The details are still being finalized — because that's how I work. I don't rush the curation. But here's a picture of what this experience is being built around.
A carefully chosen property on Martha's Vineyard — selected because it feels like somewhere you belong. The kind of space where you walk through the door and immediately exhale.
We move every day — because movement is part of who we are. A coastal walk, a stretch, something that wakes your body up gently and reminds you that you're alive and well.
Food is communion. Some meals in, some out — all of them designed around the table, the conversation, and the kind of laughter that fills a room.
We're gathering on one of the most historically significant weekends of the year, in one of the most meaningful destinations for Black women in America. That's not an accident. We're going to celebrate — fully and freely.
Intentional time together. Not just activities — actual space to be present with each other. To talk, to laugh, to rest side by side. The kind of friendship that forms when women are given real room to show up.
Martha's Vineyard has a spirit of its own. We're going to experience it — the coastlines, the culture, the charm. And a few things I'm keeping close until we get there.

"I have watched women — strong, brilliant, faithful women — go years without doing something just for themselves. Not because they don't deserve it. Because they never gave themselves permission.
That's what this is. Permission. Permission to rest without guilt. To be in sisterhood without performing. To show up — boldly, freely, without regrets — and just be a woman who is choosing herself for four whole days.
Martha's Vineyard on Juneteenth weekend is not a coincidence. It's a declaration. We are gathering in a place that holds the legacy of Black women who came before us — women who also chose joy, rest, and each other. We're honoring that.
This is my heart work. And I would be honored to share it with you."
